Strong growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA

• Strong growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA

  Revenue of £39.5m represented an annualised increase of 34%, building on growth of 29% in FY25, driven by continued momentum in our Services business.

  As a result, Adjusted EBITDA rose 44% to £2.6m.

Delivered a number of major, multi-year contract wins with both new and existing clients. Major contracts wins in the period included:

• £25m contract expansion and extension with UK-based global telco provider: Five-year contract for provision of packet monitoring, forensic analysis and service assurance solution
• £9m extension and expansion with major financial institution: Three-year contract for provision of advanced email gateway and insider threat management arrangements
• £7.3m contract extension with leading UK mobile network: Three-year contract for the provision of a solution to deliver unified visibility, control and automation to protect sensitive data, prevent breaches and simplify compliance  including managed support of the solution across the contract period

Continued to operate at the cutting-edge of new technologies, including AI and Quantum

• Leveraged investment in own proprietary AI solution to deliver revenue growth, while achieving a small reduction in adjusted opex
• Introduced new technologies to Solutions portfolio, including two quantum-ready solutions to continue to support our clients in guarding against the threats of tomorrow

Enhanced the capabilities of our software portfolio

• Continued to expand the range of functionality of our proprietary identity access management solution
• Completed successful proof of concept for Data Discovery solution
