Strong growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA
- Revenue of £39.5m for the 15 months to 30 June 2025 represented an annualised increase of 29%, while adjusted EBITDA of £2.2m reflected annualised growth of 91%.

Delivered a number of major, multi-year contract wins with both new and existing clients. Major contracts wins in the period included:
- £4.4m three-year data-security contract, representing expansion of scope with existing client
- £8.4m two-year renewal with long-standing client
- $12.8m five-year contract with new client

Continued to operate at the cutting-edge of new technologies, including AI
- Launched own proprietary AI solution and became only second organisation in the UK to receive the pioneering ISO42001 standard around use of AI

Significantly enhanced the capabilities of our software portfolio
- Rolled out a number of features during the period, to significantly improve the functionality and level of differentiation of our proprietary software in relation to its competitors.
